Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered and unsealed. However, we want you to have the best experience with us.
We offer refunds or replacements if:
✔ The product is damaged in transit
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The product is expired or compromised upon delivery
How to Request a Refund/Replacement:
Share order ID + photos/video proof within 48 hours of delivery

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: We do not support buyer’s remorse refunds.
